About Us

Across Cameroon, All4Women inspires all girls and Women to be strong, smart, and bold. Improving and changing their lives through direct service and advocacy!

Founded in 2019, All4Women is a Women-led organization that provides empowerment programs and services to young girls and women in local and underserved communities of Cameroon, preparing them for personal, career, and economic success.

In partnership with schools, communities, local and International organizations, All4Women focuses on the development of the whole Woman. She learns to value herself, take risks, discover and develop her inherent strengths. The combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-woman environment and research-based programming equips girls and women to navigate gender, economic, social barriers and grow up healthy, educated, and independent. Informed by young girls and their families, we also advocate for legislation and policies to increase opportunities and rights for all Women.

MEET OUR TEAM

Justine Nkengbeza Taku

Founder and General Coordinator
I was born and raised in Menji-Fontem, one of the local communities of the Lebialem Division in the South West Region of Cameroon. I didn’t have it easy growing up as an adolescent girl. Though I was fortunate to have learned about Menstruation in Primary school, it still did not stopped me from using and old towel during my very first Menstruation because of how I thought and felt people will look at me if I went to the store to get sanitary pads. I was ashamed to tell my own mother that I was menstruating. Life was still not easy for my siblings and me. We didn’t come from a well to do family, so we struggle most of the times to get it better. As other village girls I will do odd jobs at times to buy my text books and during holidays I will set a petit business so as to buy my school needs when schools were resuming. It was only after my primary school and part of secondary, when one of Uncles, whom I still call “Daddy” even in death, took me from the village to Limbe and things became much better for me. As a grown woman, I still have my ups and down moments with life and I have also experienced a health condition during pregnancy know as Gestational Diabetes. These are some of the forces behind my commitment to giving back to my community by empowering young girls and women through Education, Good Health and Well-being, so they could find the resources to live up to their full potentials.
